Cookie Policy

How Vyera uses cookies and how to manage your choices

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This policy explains how Vyera uses cookies and similar technologies on vyera.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"), and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy at vyera.ai/privacy-policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the Site keep you signed in, protect your account, remember your choices and, if you allow it, help us understand how the Site is used. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as local storage and pixels.

Cookies set by us are first-party cookies. Cookies set by other organisations are third-party cookies.

2. How consent works

When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

No analytics, functional or advertising cookies are set, and no related scripts run, until you consent to that category. We use a tag manager to load analytics and advertising tags only after you consent. The tag manager does not set cookies itself.

Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If we make a material change to this policy, we will ask for your choice again before any new cookies are set.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are needed for the Site to work securely. They keep you signed in, protect the Site from attacks and record your cookie choices. They do not require consent, and they cannot be switched off without breaking core features such as signing in.

Our authentication cookies are set on our own domain, are sent only over secure connections with restrictions on cross-site use, and do not contain your name or email address. Sign-up is protected against automated abuse by a security check that uses short-lived browser signals rather than tracking cookies.

4. Checkout

Payments are taken on checkout.vyera.ai. Our payment processor, Stripe, sets the following cookies on that page to prevent fraud. They are strictly necessary to complete a secure payment and are not used for advertising.

Stripe's own use of cookies is described in the Stripe Cookie Policy.

5. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited and how people move between them, so we can improve it. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings". Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

6. Functional cookies

We do not currently use functional cookies. If we introduce them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

7. Advertising cookies (only with your consent)

If you accept advertising cookies, we use advertising tags from Google and X to measure which of our adverts work and to show Vyera adverts to visitors on other sites. These cookies are never set, and the tags never run, unless you consent to advertising cookies.

Google explains its advertising cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and X explains its cookies at help.x.com/en/rules-and-policies/x-cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings".

8. Badges and links to other sites

The Site shows badges from directories and launch platforms that feature Vyera. We serve these badges from our own servers, so they set no cookies and send nothing to those platforms when a page loads. If you click a badge or any other link to another site, that site's own cookie and privacy policies apply.

9. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the Site, such as signing in, from working. Deleting cookies removes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.

10. Visitors outside the UK

We apply the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations as our baseline for every visitor, wherever you are. UK law now allows some analytics cookies to be used without consent, subject to a right to opt out. We have chosen to ask for consent before setting any analytics cookies, for every visitor.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add or remove a cookie or change a provider. We will change the date at the top when we do. Where a change is material, we will ask for your choice again before any new cookies are set.
